Just back from an amazing weekend at Jungle Yoga with Danny Paradise. I love this place! Nothing electric, no beeps, buzzes, alarms, no flashing screens. In place of that, we stayed in floating straw huts, and listened to the music of gibbons, cicadas, hornbills, barbets, elephants, jumping fish. Afternoons we sat for discussions about life, the universe and everything, long pranayama sessions and playful asana sequences. One morning a few of us took a flat boat to a huge hidden cave, then surprised a family of elephants bathing in the lake. After a fantastic dinner of local vegetables and fresh fish, a collection of acoustic guitarists played under the full moon, evolving each evening as new talent revealed itself. Hosts Lady Beth and Khun Dick have put their whole heart into this place, and so that’s what everyone leaves with: a full heart. I can’t wait to go back again next year! Thank you lovely people for a wonderful weekend!

Amazing – I’m so jealous 🙂
I wanted to take some of his seminars already and was wondering what he’s like as a teacher – how would you describe him?
Danny was wonderful! A free spirit: non-dogmatic and fun! Such a refreshing way to approach practice. Hope you’ll get to go see for yourself. Thanks for your comments.
